Fluxo for Teams Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions
Effective March 19, 2025
1. Promotion Overview
Fluxo US Inc. (“Fluxo”) offers a referral incentive where individuals who introduce their company's decision-maker to Fluxo can earn a $100 gift card (“Reward”) when their company successfully signs up for Fluxo.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of referral.The referred company must be a new Fluxo customer and complete the onboarding process.Participants must complete the referral form and introduce Fluxo to a key decision-maker at their company.The referred company must sign up within 60 days of the referral for the Participant to be eligible for the Reward.Employees of Fluxo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible.
3. Reward Details
The $100 gift card will be issued within 14 days of the referred company completing the onboarding process.The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.Only one Reward will be issued per successful referral, regardless of how many employees submit the referral.If the referred company does not sign up within the specified period, the referral will not qualify for the Reward.
4. Referral Process
Participants must submit the referral through Fluxo’s designated referral form.Fluxo will reach out to the referred decision-maker directly to discuss the company’s potential onboarding.The referred company must successfully complete onboarding and sign up for an eligible Fluxo plan for the Reward to be granted.
5. General Conditions
This promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time at Fluxo’s discretion.Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral process, including submitting false referrals, may result in disqualification.By participating in this promotion, Participants agree to these Terms and to Fluxo’s determination of eligibility.Fluxo is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals or Rewards.
6. Liability Release
By participating in this promotion, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Fluxo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Reward.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Fluxo is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
